Vector Refinery provides professional manual vector conversion and related design services, including but not limited to:
- Logo Vectorization
- PNG to Vector Conversion
- JPG to SVG Conversion
- Image to Vector Conversion
- AI-Generated Logo Cleanup
- Embroidery Vector Art
- Print-Ready Artwork Preparation
All artwork is manually recreated unless otherwise agreed.
2. Orders
When placing an order, you agree to provide accurate project details and reference files. Delays caused by incomplete information or missing files may affect the delivery schedule.
3. Payment
Payment must be completed before final delivery unless a different arrangement has been agreed upon. Prices displayed on our website may change without prior notice.
4. Revisions
Reasonable revisions are provided to ensure the delivered artwork matches the agreed project requirements.
Revisions do not include:
- New design concepts
- Major design changes after approval
- Requests outside the original project scope
Additional work may require an additional fee.
5. Delivery
Delivery time depends on the complexity of each project.
Final files may include:
- AI
- EPS
- SVG
- PNG
- Other agreed formats
Delivery estimates are provided in good faith but are not guaranteed in cases beyond our control.
6. Intellectual Property
You confirm that you have the legal right to use any logo, artwork, or image you submit.
Vector Refinery does not claim ownership of your original artwork.
Upon full payment, you receive the final vector files created for your project, except where third-party rights apply.
7. Refunds
Refund requests are handled according to our Refund Policy. Please review our Refund Policy page for complete details before placing an order.
8. Limitation of Liability
While we make every effort to deliver accurate, high-quality vector artwork, Vector Refinery shall not be responsible for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of our services or delivered files.

- Upload unlawful, copyrighted, or malicious content
