At Vector Refinery, we provide custom manual vector conversion, logo redraw, and print-ready artwork services. Since every project is manually created based on the client’s uploaded file and requirements, refunds are handled carefully and fairly.

Our Refund Policy

We offer a refund only if:

• Work has not started yet.
• We are unable to complete your project.
• The delivered file does not match the agreed project requirements and we cannot fix it after revision.

Non-Refundable Cases

Refunds are not available if:

• The final files have already been delivered and approved.
• You change your mind after the work is completed.
• You requested a different style or new concept after the original work was finished.
• The issue can be fixed through revisions.

Revisions

We always try to make sure the final vector file is clean, accurate, and ready to use. If any small issue appears, we will fix it through revision instead of refund.

File Delivery

Final files may include AI, EPS, SVG, PDF, PNG, or other agreed formats. Once the final editable/source files are delivered, the project is considered completed.
